As each art piece is specially made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We do our utmost to ensure that your artwork is expertly packaged and arrives safely at your destination. However, if your item is damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent, please contact me at kimdybczakphotography@gmail.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please include several photos showing damage of both print and packaging. It is very important that I receive photos of packaging as well as the print. I CANNOT REFUND WITHOUT PHOTOS.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me at kimdybczakphotography@gmail.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please include several photos of both the print and packaging so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is very important that I receive photos of packaging as well as the print. I CANNOT REFUND WITHOUT PHOTOS.
Refunds on Damaged or Defective Items
Once I have reviewed your email and photos I will let you know within a few days if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
